Purchase of my VW Touareg I found the car while surfing the internet on a Friday evening. I called a few minutes before they closed. He informed me of their weekend hours and invited me to come view and drive the car. I went there on Saturday and even though they were extremely busy there were very attentive. I drove the car and liked it. They gave me their price and offered me a very fair price for my car. There price was at the low end of what that car was selling for. I told them I wanted to think about it and Ahmad encouraged me to sleep on it and call him when I was ready to make a decision. I called him the next day and told him I would take the car. He had it serviced and cleaned for me and I picked the car the following Friday. The transaction went exactly as quoted with no hidden fees. I was very please with how Ahmad handle the transaction and would highly recommend Alpha Motorsports, especially if you are looking for a high end luxury sedan or SUV. More

I was given mixed messages and incorrect information. Be prepared for double talk, argumentative salesmen, and incorrect information. Ahmad gave me an attitude after telling me that Alpha Motor Sports matches competitors prices within a 100 mile radius, and I requested a price match. He told me Alpha Motor Sports also owned the other dealership (AMG) with a lower price. I was then told by another salesperson that AMG is their competition. I was told that Alpha does not negotiate, however the sticker price on the car was different than the online price. Wally was slightly more professional but was also guilty of being argumentative and contradicting himself. Wally first told me that Alpha matches prices within a 100-200 mile radius. He then later said that Alpha does not match prices and that Ahmad misspoke. I guess Wally forget that he misspoke as well. I would save your time and money. I did get the impression that if I were a male, this would've been handled differently. Our request to speak to a manager was met with "I'll take your info and he'll call you." Still waiting on that phone call..... More
