Manager never would call me back about my issue. I was sold a car with an unhealthy battery and was just trying to have them fix their wrong. Manager was rude and unhelpful. I won’t be dealing with Nissan ever again cause of this. A battery should last 3 to 5 years if healthy. Every car I’ve ever owned has lasted 2 plus years before replacing a battery. They say it was out of warranty. But if it was a healthy new battery I shouldn’t be having to replace it 7 months later after buying the car. If it was cause of it losing power it could have been charged but no. I have to replace the whole thing meaning it was a bad battery when it was sold to me. I was literally about to turn in the car 2 weeks before this issue for a lease on a new vehicle and they didn’t tell me the battery was bad then when they did an appraisal. I will never want to go back to experience this kind of treatment. Rather then replace the battery on them the first time for it being a bad battery in a car sale,they rather just lose out on business entirely. It is what is is I guess. Their loss. Manager name was Gene Ferrugio. Also other manager wouldn’t be professional enough to give a call back or want to deal with a issue. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. More
