Our salesman was busy, and I understand they work on commission. But then finance guy so backed up- we were there super late. Paperwork part was rushed through, and finance guy was not as transparent as commission. But then finance guy so backed up- we were there super late. Used to be papers you held and read- now it's all in computer form and - well- lesson learned. Like the car we'll enough I guess, the experience- not so much. More

Alan was kind, knowledgeable, and honest. He and the manager met me at a fair price, and did not try to upsell me on anything. Car prices are not as advertised on the website. The cars posted as in inventory are not, and the advertised dealer price is apparently as if ALL discounts could be applied, which would be impossibl The cars posted as in inventory are not, and the advertised dealer price is apparently as if ALL discounts could be applied, which would be impossible for one person to qualify for; which felt like a sketchy bait-and-switch. It took 3 hours from our decision to purchase the car to finally meet with finance, which is way too long. We were tired and hungry by the time we met with finance, which also felt like a tactic to rush us through without looking at things and asking questions. I understand understaffing, but if it had been clear it would take so long, we would have made an appointment to return. Employees were kind, but overall customer service and transparency are lacking. More
