Greenway Kia North responded

We're sorry to hear about your experience. This certainly doesn't reflect the level of service we aim to provide, and it's disappointing that you've been left with this impression. We'd like a chance to discuss this further and see how we can make things right for you - please reach out at your earliest convenience. Thank you, Jose Vega - Service Manager - josevega@greenwayauto.com
