I am currently a Service Advisor here at Matt Burne Honda. I have been working with Honda for close to a year now, with prior experience being a Service Advisor for Nissan close to 4 years. It’s been a pleasant change from the Nissan life and having just recently moved up to the Scranton area from King of Prussia about a year ago. Outside of work I’m at home helping care for my girlfriend and her 2 daughters ages 1 and 4. More than enough to keep me busy outside of work.

I’ve bought 4 Hondas at Matt burne Honda. My new 2025 crv needed a new transmission. The service department was horrible to deal with. They don’t answer phones return messages or update throu My new 2025 crv needed a new transmission. The service department was horrible to deal with. They don’t answer phones return messages or update through text. The car had 20k miles on it and they would not provide a loaner. After hours of trying to get a loaner I finally went to the sales department to see if I could get one. Luckily the sales department provided me a loaner. It was at least 4 hours trying to get one. I’m trading the car in for something other than a Honda. Very unfortunate especially after the other 3 successful CRVs. I’ve already ordered a competitors car arriving first week of sept I will not buy another Honda. More

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! !!! I had some problems, everything I could think of pointed to the battery. they did a battery test, said it everything said the battery, and alterna !!! I had some problems, everything I could think of pointed to the battery. they did a battery test, said it everything said the battery, and alternator was good, that it might be the starter. I decided to get a new battery since it was 6 years old, and scheduled to get a new starter. Got in, waited, got out. NO FUSS, NO MUSS. My car is running like new. More

No one answers the phone or returns calls. Received a $1400 estimate at my first oil change.
