It’s ok most of the time all things do not go ok all the time i come here be cause of the good service I had for the past 10 years but this time people have told me it was way too high for the part and the time i come here be cause of the good service I had for the past 10 years but this time people have told me it was way too high for the part and the labor $681.77 I had to bring it back because it wasn’t fixed the first time I don’t know if I will be bringing it back for service anymore and lm not sure yet if it’s fixed More

It took four days to put a quart of transmission fluid in? Normally I rate the “I’m waiting service higher “ but this visit was ridiculous. The dealership itself is great. The service department needs more communication with customers. I feel like a lot of my concerns were blown off by the Service Guy. My vehicle was still running hot brought my car in they claim they fixed my car. Fast forward picked car up still running hot, but yet I paid and so I called they referred me to my BMW dealership, the howe claim they fixed my car. Fast forward picked car up still running hot, but yet I paid and so I called they referred me to my BMW dealership, the however they apparently forgot that they told me that they have someone at your location that specializes in BMW! The person who I worked with was very rude and made me feel as though once they got their money, I was written off. Not a good feeling, could have provided BMW contact.
