Gary was extremely helpful and communicative. Our visit was because a screw had become embedded in a tire and we weren't sure if the tire needed to be replaced. We had purchased 4 new tires from Martin in October. Gary evaluated the situation and explained that the screw was in the tread of the tire and hadn't punctured the tire, so the tire was fine. There was no charge for the service, and on top of that, my car was washed. Excellent! More
