Great experience, no pressure, and great service! My wife and I were looking for a KIA Sorento for about 2 months and went to various Kia Dealerships. We decided to go to Burlington KIA due to the amo My wife and I were looking for a KIA Sorento for about 2 months and went to various Kia Dealerships. We decided to go to Burlington KIA due to the amount of online used Sorento's that we saw on AutoTrader. We spent a few minutes as a family looking at the used Sorentos and then we met Gary Abrams. Gary was very professional, no pressure, and a no games kinda guy. He took us in, listened to what we were looking for, and introduced us to a 2017 used KIA Sorento that had the perfect exterior and interior colors, mileage, price range, and everything else that we were looking for. Took it for a test drive, calculated out some numbers, met Jean-Claude Duplessis (who was also another very professional, no pressure, and a no games kinda guy), and walked out with a great car that we could afford. Even after 10:30pm, when all paperwork was finished, Gary Abrams took the time to sync our iPhones up to the new used vehicle and showed us some more neat little features with the car. Again, great experience - if not the best experience by far that we have had with buying a used car. We are glad that we purchased a KIA Sorento and we'll be coming back for more KIA's as time, money, and the need of another vehicle arises!!! More

The next day I went up to Burlington Kia to look at the vehicle. Gary was my salesman, and he was very pleasant and helpful. He clearly explained features of the vehicle and worked with me to get a good deal. He even helped set up my new Sirius radio system! I was pleased with the experience and the knowledgeable and friendly people there. More

Ignoring Kia’s constant messages for a trade-in, I found myself drowning in overage fees. I made sure to see Gary Abrams right away. Gary connected me with Joe Mazzaferro who really worked his magic. Not only was he able to buy back my car but also found a decent loan to put me into a new one.
