King Hyundai responded

I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. That is certainly not the impression we want anyone to leave with after visiting our dealership. I would appreciate the opportunity to learn more about what happened, including why you weren't able to see the vehicle you came in for. Please reach out to me directly at your convenience so I can look into this personally and see if there's anything I can do to help make things right. Mark Benne General Manager
