The Cadillac showroom is beautiful, the staff was exceptional on every level, and my experience with Garnell and Krysten was amazing. We were literally treated like family. They were both very patient, accommodating, and professional throughout our deal. I would absolutely return back to them for my next Cadillac and would recommend everyone. I had recently search for a particular color which was the Terra Cotta. Due to the time of season, no one had the car, I contacted two dealership, they did have that particular color on their lot. Stopping at the gas station a gentlemen, whom I did not know his name, but would see in the Bloomfield Twp area. He gave me Garnell Woolridge card. Very reluctant, I gave him a call. He held the car for me, until I made up my mind. I love the vehicle, and most of all the treatment when I went to the dealership. I was greeted with the utmost respect. He was more than helpful. This young man went out of his way to be of assistance to me, along with his sales manager. I"m very grateful for the Lafontaine family, and the people they have employed. More than my expectations. All I had to do was sign the paperwork, enjoy a cup of coffee, sit in the car as Garnell pointed out the new enhancements, connected my phone, and showed me a few new features, while he preset all my favorite settings including the radio! While waiting for my care, My salesman, Garnell Woolridge saw me and came over to greet me. I mentioned my overage in miles and he pulled my record. Mr. Woolridge was not only able to get me into a new lease but provided excellent service that allowed me to meet prior commitments. The staff that brought the new lease car to me and the staff that provided information regarding insurance that covers damage to the lease car and overage in miles were both professional and courteous. I've probably been through fifty doors at the dealership and never touched one as someone is always opening or holding a door open for you! Yep, royalty! My purchase through Mary Ann Audette was completely comfortable and enjoyable. Now.... when was the last time you could say that about a vehicle purchase? She worked hard to get me a great price and then quickly found a vehicle with the exact features in the color I wanted.
