(Sorry, floor gentleman—we said we’d be back and we kept our word!) Gavin was our guy to close the deal. We had to have a moto compacto as part of the deal (Ha-ha!) All went well. The issue we had was when we discovered a headlight wasn’t functioning. We brought our truck back and waited nearly a week for the dealer to negotiate with the auction house on responsibility. Long story-SHORT, KEVIN came through for us and replaced the malfunctioning headlight housing. We really cannot complain. They earned our trust by making an unexpected event, into a more favorable learning experience. We are very grateful and absolutely love our Lariat.
