This was my first time buying a car alone so I was all new to the process. However, I feel like it took a long time to get the car since it was delivered from a different location and had to be cleaned an new to the process. However, I feel like it took a long time to get the car since it was delivered from a different location and had to be cleaned and gassed. Of course, Paris had to go through every additional option although I didn't want to hear about all the different options. I also had to order a title and make sure I had insurance which I assume is standard process but took additional time. I knew exactly what car I wanted but felt like I was being talked into a higher priced model. I also found out as soon as I got home that I had an email about an additional incentive. I've emailed Heritage Mazda a number of times and have yet to receive a response. Not sure if I was taken advantage of because I'm a woman who's not that knowledgeable about the car buying process. More
