Best service of any dealer I've ever been to for my lift ins I recently got a complicated lift kit installed on my Jeep, and began by choosing Adams due to their good reputation in the area. I knew that with Ad I recently got a complicated lift kit installed on my Jeep, and began by choosing Adams due to their good reputation in the area. I knew that with Adams, I went in thinking, if I'm spending lots on the lift kit, I should go with a really good service department. From the start, John and Galen were super helpful to set up a quote sheet for parts and service, and answering any questions I might have had. During the installation of the kit, whenever there was a question regarding preference or other matters, Danny would give me a call asking for my input, and getting things exactly as I wanted. Towards the end of the first day, Danny reached out to me to tell me that they would not be able to finish the install that night since they wanted to make 100% sure the alignment was perfect. I was really happy to hear this, as it meant they were taking the time to get it right instead of rushing things. Next day, first thing in the morning, they had everything ready for me, with everything just as I asked for it. The whole time Danny was making sure I was in the know on everything. Danny absolutely outdid himself. Best service I've ever gotten at a dealer. More
