The dealership responded that it was part of the deal whether we wanted it or not. I tried to explain that is seemed misleading to advertise as optional. Neither sales manager nor the general manager would budge to honor their advertising. So, be warned of you plan on buying a car from this dealership, you may have to pay for a non optional option.
