I buy a car every three months or so, so I have a lot of experience with many dealerships and advisors. Gabriel truly makes Rallye stand above all other dealerships and he has won my loyalty. I don't have to follow up with him, he does so himself. He doesn't pressure me into a certain car or options. He basically learns who his buyers are and treats them accordingly. He has also helped me save A LOT of money compared to the competition but working out the best incentives possible and building the car right, with options that I'm going to need not options that I'll never use. I'll be visiting again shortly. More

Gabriel Hale helped me decide between the two vehicles I was undecided between. I went with the new 435i with the M sport package. This gentleman was not only professional and courteous but he is a car genius! Gabriel was able to tell me every spec about each car I asked and was even honest about what packages I would or wouldn't need and ones I would really like for the reason I was buying the car. Gabriel has made this a very easy and pleasent experience from step one of picking a car down to even getting approval on the lease. I highly recommend this gentleman not only for his way of dealing with you to not make you feel like just another customer but making you feel like his intentions were to really care about my wants and needs and help build me a car that I will love for a long time. I can't forget how he was honest about all the current promotions and got me the absolute best deal. Even while the car is being built to order Gabriel is still keeping me up to date on production status and estimated delivery dates. My impression of car dealers are xxxx from previous experience from Toyota but Gabriel has turned my bad experience into a fun one and I will be going back to him for every vehicle going forward. I cannot begin to underscore his fastidious approach and speediness of finishing the transaction. It is safe to say that all aspects of this transaction, from walking in and expressing interest in a BMW 428i x-drive, to driving off with the vehicle, occurred within 48 hours. Of greater importance is how Mr. Hale and the staff worked through a potential snag in timing and financing cooperatively, allowing this transaction to happen.
