First came to CBB from Tucson with my parents in 2020 for my mom's car so when it was time for me to get mine, I knew I would look here. Fortunately I was able to return a 330i I bought that I was dissatisfied with after driving it home. I think his name is Mark (manager) gave me my down payment back right away. Then I changed my mind to an suv so Que was on the lookout! Que is not only super knowledgeable about all their inventory, he is very responsive and will text you back immediately no matter the time of day! It was my first car purchase so I had a lot of questions for him. My first impression was - wow he is a hustler! He sends you videos of your car of interest ASAP as well which made the decision to go with CBB easier (being 2 hrs away). Overall super nice & funny guy. Thank you CBB and Que, I love my beautiful X3! And shoutout to Kerry from MN who stayed after close and quickly got me on my way :) More

Who Does That. ...??? Andy, Sara, Dino, Maggi and Andrea are what I call "The Dream Team". They treated me like "Family "... before, during and after I purchased a ...??? Andy, Sara, Dino, Maggi and Andrea are what I call "The Dream Team". They treated me like "Family "... before, during and after I purchased a 2020 Mercedes Benz S560 online. I've already complimented Andy on his outstanding Customer Service, but now I have to give a shout out to Maggie...I call her... Marvelous Maggi...and here's why. My car arrived to Florida with a couple of razor cuts in the rear seat (probably an accident made by the window tint tech) nonetheless Maggi without hesitation, searched for a replacement cover but there weren't any located stateside...guess what she did...she ordered me one from Germany... Now... Who Does That..??? I'll tell you who...Marvelous Maggi at CBB (she's Magnificent:)...That's Who Does That!!! Andrea also replied promptly to my request for additional documentation and this is why I feel they should be rated the #1 auto dealership in the USA!!!. Do you know any other dealership that would go above and beyond to satisfy a customer and provide this kind of Customer Service??? My first online auto purchase has been phenomenal because of the Dream Team at CBB. Hats off to you Jack Schneider!!! I viewed your online interview and you spoke about the vision of your company...I can honestly say that ... I'm proud to be a part of this family...you're a man of Integrity, Morals and Good Character and it's great to see your teams reflect these traits...Thank You...CBB!!! I was shocked, at first, by how he continuously expressed his gratitude for me “allowing” him to help me and for choosing CBB. The first few times he said “thank you” did honestly feel a bit like what you’d expect of a salesman. However…by the third and fourth time, I could see and feel he was truly grateful for the opportunity to help me get my dream truck. About the truck…Tim let it sell itself. Provided all facts. No fancy adjectives and superlatives to hype up the vehicle. Just the facts. He confidently answered my questions and addressed my concerns. He took note of items I wanted taken care of and I felt assured he would honor his word. It was like talking to an uncle helping me choose the right car to buy. Not a car salesman. I had a similarly amazing experience with Kerry completing the financing. He was obliged to offer the extras like warranty coverage, gap insurance, etc. But that was it. He offered. He did not push when I declined. Great guy! This is truly the first time I wasn’t anxious or on high guard while making a major purchase. I hope to not need another vehicle any time soon but…when I do…I’ll definitely shop CBB’s inventory first. More
