The dealership is close to my house, the staff is friendly, helpful and honest. They answered my questions thoroughly and answered my questions again when the answers to the first questions sparked n friendly, helpful and honest. They answered my questions thoroughly and answered my questions again when the answers to the first questions sparked new questions. Gabe put me in communication with the technician working on my vehicle when he didn’t have the exact answer to one of my questions. I like to understand what is going on with my vehicle. Gabe is patient, generous, kind, helpful, a great communicator, wants my artwork, and very tall. That is all. More

Great shop and professional employees, I felt like I was able to receive great customer care. Sitting rooms were nice, I was able to work on my laptop in a quiet room while I waited. First routine oil change resulted in major oil leak. Returned and happy that problem was fixed immediately. I have been with George Moore Chevy for over 30 years I took a break from them about 6 years ago when my service consultant lied to me about ordering a part. During that time I went to my local mechanic. I took a break from them about 6 years ago when my service consultant lied to me about ordering a part. During that time I went to my local mechanic. Six months ago I was having trouble with my traction control and engine power, My local mechanic tried 3 times to fix the problem and could not. So I went to George Moore and boy am I glad I went. I met Gabe Lambert my new service consultant. Gabe is professional and very friendly. Explained that he was going to have his tech look at it and would call me when he found out the problem In the past I was used to waiting a day or two for them to get back to me. Within a couple of hours Gabe called to tell me what repairs I would need and the estimate. I authorized the repairs and was shocked when Gabe called me back in about 3 hours to tell me the repairs were made and the test drive was successful! Well I guess I am back with George Moore! Thank you Gabe for restoring my faith in George Moore Chevy! You can be assured that I will be getting my car serviced here from now on. More
