Way overpriced. They charged $269 for a transmission flush, and neglected to mention that price doesn't include labor. I guess that's just for the ATF. Usually prompt I had an appointment at 9:45 and arrived there approximately 9:30. I was having a radiator flush. I finally called approximately 14:30 to see if my I had an appointment at 9:45 and arrived there approximately 9:30. I was having a radiator flush. I finally called approximately 14:30 to see if my car was ready. I had a number of things I needed to do Saturday and having to wait and finally call held me up. I wasn't able to get to all the locations I needed to before they closed. Two things: 1. The price was more than I had been quoted: $165 verses $180. 2. When I got home I noticed two small scratches on the back bumper. Since the scratches were safety yellow I can only assume they were from a piece of equipment used in the shop. More

The dealership is very clean, the waiting room was very plush. All of the advisors were very professional and seemed eager to help. My particular repair was covered by warranty, but they even vacuumed and plush. All of the advisors were very professional and seemed eager to help. Unorganized. Lack of staff meant long wait. I was handed my key when work was done and sent to the parking lot to find my car. My car was blocked in by another car. Had to go back inside for help.
