President's Day I decided to take a test drive in a new 4Runnner. Fully expecting high-pressure sales, as I've experienced in the past, I was pleasantly surprised by Fred Zeiba's sales approach. He w new 4Runnner. Fully expecting high-pressure sales, as I've experienced in the past, I was pleasantly surprised by Fred Zeiba's sales approach. He was easy to converse with, not only about the vehicles, but also things in general, which put me at ease, as I realized this was not the car-buying experience I've known in the past. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, very subtle about reinforcing the things I liked about the 4Runner, pointing out the "extras" that I had not seen, but letting me make the decision on what I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend. After looking at some of the different models on the lot, Fred asked me what price range I was in. I replied that I would rather approach this as what I liked visually & what options the vehicle had, and THEN ask for the price. Fred agreed and our future negotiations went smoothly. I was able to negotiate a better trade-in value for my 10 YR old Expedition and a lower monthly lease payment with Fred's help. On my way out, I met Kenny Tempo who thanked me for coming, & made sure that I was comfortable with everything about the vehicle. When I returned later that week to pick up my new 4Runner, both Fred & Kenny were there to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and comfortable operating all the "bell's & whistles" before I drove away. I would highly recommend Tufankjian and plan on returning when it's time for a new vehicle. More

Great dealership very low pressure and friendly . I saw the great online deals that they had so I went in and got a rav 4 at less than the price I was looking for . They took care of everything and I drove it home in 3 days . Fred Zeiba was a great salesman . I hate shopping for automobiles and he did a great job in not being too pushy . Will definitely be going back. More

From the time I walked in the door, to the time I drove off, it was a great experience. They took a team approach to getting everything done on time. I feel very comfortable at Toyota of Braintree.
