Andrea goes above and beyond making sure you drive away in the car that is right for you with the best possible deal every time. The 2nd car I bought turned out to be a poor fit for me after only a few weeks (turns out I’m just not an SUV person and prefer a smaller car) so Andrea went back to the drawing board to make it right. It didn’t matter how long it took or how many cars I wanted to test drive to ensure I was confident about my choice. From the General Manager to the service department, when you walk in to that dealership it is clear that their #1 objective is that you walk out happy. You are greeted by everyone and they won’t allow anyone to wait without offering you a drink or assistance. They always thank you sincerely and let you know that your business is appreciated and worth fighting for. Andrea never fails to check in after you have had your car for a bit to make sure all is well and all your questions have been answered. That kind of buying experience is rare these days and I’m sure my next car will come from Colonial. More

I love my new Pilot, just not where I got it.. REVISION - The longer I have had my car, the more things I feel like I got taken on. There have been so many thing that have gone wrong. I had to drive without an inspection and then drive back to the dealership to get one which would not have been a big deal, but the dealership is over an hour from my house! Went back to get it and the machine was down!!! I asked for the manuals for my 2016 Pilot after about 2 months, I finally got one random manual for a 2018!! Now, I am sitting at Lungren Honda having my oil changed only to find out that they listed my tires at green (which means they are near to new) only to find out less than 2000 mile later there are two that are yellow and two that are two that are yellow and two that are red! If you need a new car, you have to go see Andrea!! If you are not wanting to deal with your typical sales person she’s who you want!! We have our new car, everyone is happy and i can’t wait to go out and have some cocktails with her!! More
