Help!!!!! Long story short. My engine was not repairable in my other vehicle but I had a balance on my loan making it near impossible for me to replace my car. Long story short. When Jim Ellis Volvo realized they were not going to be able to get payment where I needed them due to being upside down in my previous loan, they called another Jim Ellis family member Jim Ellis Buick and together they put me in a brand new 2018 car that fits my life style. Volvo didn't hesitate to work with Buick even though the sale would go to another salesman. Fred at Buick was so confident he could help me...and he did.
