I have worked with Mike Paparelli for over 10 years now and will always come to him when looking for a new car. Over the years, I have referred numerous friends and family to him, even people who were loyal to other automakers and they have all told me what a great job Mike does. Scott Viau was a delight to deal with on my new vehicle, would recommend him to any one else that was looking to buy a new dodge vehicle. We were told our T&C van was repaired and finished. When I went to leave the dealership several error messages appeared on the dash. We only went for oil change and tire rotation. We found we needed to When I went to leave the dealership several error messages appeared on the dash. We only went for oil change and tire rotation. We found we needed to purchase a new key fob. The service write up man said they needed to replace the ignition switch because it would not work with a new key fob. The ignition switch was working fine when I came in. After 3 more hours, the car was finally finished. When i got home i noticed the dashboard had not been replaced properly. It was very shoddy workmanship. The next morning the car would not start and had no power. This work was done on JUly 24. Needless to say I had a bad experience at Suburban Chrysler. I will not buy another car from this Dealership due to the poor service department. More

The service department at Suburban has done an excellent job on my first 2 visits. After poor service at Rochester Chrysler/JEEP It is a relief to find a service department that is friendly and will go the job on my first 2 visits.
