JC Alvarado is extremely kind, fair, incredibly knowledgeable, and always upfront and honest. These are things you never find in a sales person in any industry these days. The staff is fantastic! So friendly and accommodating. The selection is huge. I cannot recommend this dealership enough whether it’s your first car or your 10th. They have what you’re looking for and they will always make it fit your budget and JC takes all the stress out of the car buying experience without wasting your time. 5 stars ⭐️ all round. Thank you to Frank, the finance manager as well for working so diligently to get me the best deal. I really appreciated that Marino JCD did not try to use the sales credit tactic for my trade, as a way to low ball my trade in value, as every other dealership has in my past experiences. Just because I’m saving on taxes does not mean the dealer should use that (my) savings to offer me less for my trade, thankfully this dealership understands that. I would this recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. 10/10. More
