I found the staff at Marino to be knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and the atmosphere very relaxed with no pressure. I received a fair trade value for my trade, received a decent price on the professional, courteous, and the atmosphere very relaxed with no pressure. I received a fair trade value for my trade, received a decent price on the vehicle and a great finance rate. The finance department made my experience easy and I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. My only negative comment might be, I would have liked them to take a little longer in detailing the vehicle before I accepted delivery (windows need to be cleaned better). The vehicle only came with a quarter tank of gas and I had expected a full tank upon delivery (something I failed to check the night I purchased it). But overall a good car buying experience.
