In Sep 2021, I bought a 2021 Jeep Gladiator Movaje (factory ordered in July 2021, fully loaded) from Jairo Leon. Jairo was very helpful and together with Frank Moreno (Manager), they made the experi (factory ordered in July 2021, fully loaded) from Jairo Leon. Jairo was very helpful and together with Frank Moreno (Manager), they made the experience very seamless. Being a factory order with a lead time of 6-9 weeks, i did check in on Jairo very often - he was patient and always had an update for me. Just last week, I traded in that Jeep Gladiator Mojave for a factory order (ordered in Dec 2021, fully loaded) Dodge Ram Limited Red Edition. Again, same team of Jairo and Frank too good care of the customer experience from start to finish. No complaints - only minor comment is that the Ram was delivered with some scuff marks (sand/mud) at the entry and there was some stains in the bed (though covered with a tonneau cover) and on the rear seats (like oil stains). Granted, it was winter in Chicago when I took the truck, but I'd think for a vehicle that is almost $80K before tax, this could have been cleaned up better. Still, no biggie and I'd give the Marino CJD team 5 stars! More
