Our sales rep Frankie, took very good care of us through the entire process. There should be more like him out there. They even let us take the car off site to have it inspected. Everything checked out just fine. The only thing with this purchase was the wait time. We wanted the car, had cash with us, and it took 3 hours just to take the car home. It appears that they had only one person available to handle the final process. So I rated customer service only 3 stars. More
