As soon as we walked through the dealer's doors, Frank made our car purchasing experience fun and took the time to explain the process step by step. He helped us choose the best fit for us and explained the paperwork process and the car's technological features. For me, customer service is the most important thing, even before the product you are purchasing. We definitely recommend Volvo Weston and we urge people to ask for Frank specifically. Additionally, this Volvo location had plenty of inventory to choose from, the paperwork went pretty quick and the installations of the dealer are very modern and welcoming. This is the 5th car we buy from Frank and our Volvo cars have been very reliable and safe. We would not even consider moving to another brand.
