I had some time before my current lease expired so I only wanted to entertain dealers that had the exact car with competitive pricing. Many salespeople were offering cars that I hadn't requested information on and just wanted my phone number. I wasn't ready to start negotiating on the phone. Frank Marinaro from Smithtown Kia responded with a very competitive price and with the exact car and color. I emailed Frank and fulfilled any paperwork without the usual hassle associated in buying a car. When I went into Smithtown Kia I met Frank for the first time along with being greeted by Paul Varandas, the sales manager. I felt completely comfortable and at ease knowing I made the right choice in dealing with them. It's a large dealership without the usual background and secretive nonsense of going back and forth and facial expressions that would not get you into an acting class. Frank Marinaro returned my ezpass, sunglasses and extra set of keys that I left in my returned car. They are a well run establishment that does not fit the criteria associated with most car dealerships. More
