I originally met with Alexa Budani who was very helpful and easy to work with. I knew Paul Varandas, Kia sales manager, from Smithtown Toyota owned by the same family and Paul directed me to Alexa. I ord and easy to work with. I knew Paul Varandas, Kia sales manager, from Smithtown Toyota owned by the same family and Paul directed me to Alexa. I ordered my Hybrid Sorento after agreeing on a deal. Alexa left on pregnancy leave and I began to work directly with Paul who was a gentleman. I had some circumstances occur which delayed my ability to buy the car when it came in. Paul held it for me at the promised price. When I was ready to come in I worked with Frank as Alexa was still out, and he was wonderful. Paul and his team, including the finance guy Tom went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations.
