Frank set me up with an appointment to come in and do a test drive. Everything went well with the test drive and I got to know Frank a little bit who seems like a great guy. After the test drive I decided to buy and got turned over to Tino who got me through the finance portion quickly and painlessly, taking time to answer some of the questions I had. Once that was done I got handed off to Natalie who did a great and very thorough job introducing me to the vehicle and its systems and settings before driving away.
