- No loaner car provided when car was kept for 1 week (they said indefinitely, but after 6 phone calls they finally gave me my car back) - It took them 4 days for them to run a diagnostic figure out wha (they said indefinitely, but after 6 phone calls they finally gave me my car back) - It took them 4 days for them to run a diagnostic figure out what the check engine light was for - On day 4 they said they can do the job that day, maybe the next day, but I didn't hear anything for 2 days. When I called on day 6, they said the part is coming from Germany so there's no ETA. I asked for my car back because I couldn't live without my car any longer. At that point they said the work is actually almost done and can finish the day after AM and deliver it to me. On day 7 no word, so I had to walk in in the afternoon to practically grab my car out of their hands. - The bill was 500$ more than what was communicated. - They send you a text message when you check in your car, saying that I can use this text to talk to the advisors. I never once got a reply back when I texted them multiple times. Overall very bad experience. Their internal communication is bad so whenever you speak to a different person the message is different (and mostly inaccurate). Severely limited loaner car availability. You never get a call back when they say they will call you back. Even though this is the closest dealer I would look for another one next time. More
