Simple I did not want to do this I had to. I needed a lower monthly payment for my transportation. I had no choice but to go back to leasing. It was simple, I did not want to do this I had to. I needed a lower monthly payment for my transportation. I had no choice but to go back to leasing. It was simple, quick and cheaper. I have a lower payment now. As a consumer we don't know what's legit in the money aspect of the deal unless you work in the lease industry perhaps. I used to lease back in the 90's from a women named Janice Ford I wish I could find, who could find me a truck and lease it to me at her invoice cost and even the hold back money included and prove it and provide it to me. That's about all I would suggest to D&M. Don't lease me the vehicle at retail. Lease me the vehicle at your cost. Tell us where you make your money. Be up front and legit. I've seen payments vary dramatically in days and weeks as I consider buying elsewhere and leasing with D&M in the past. I've been forced to lease several vehicles with you and I'm always left wondering. With all that said Francisco did his job professionally and to the best of his ability. He went beyond to deliver. More

Exceeded expectations! I was aware of D&M leasing through radio advertising. I had a special request ----- I didn't know what vehicle I wanted. Francisco responded to my i I was aware of D&M leasing through radio advertising. I had a special request ----- I didn't know what vehicle I wanted. Francisco responded to my inquiry and a great relationship soon developed. It became obvious to me that he wasn't a one-trick pony pushing a specific product line. He really knew his stuff and his years of automotive knowledge came out quickly. I ended up with a vehicle which totally met my needs and we were able to drive away in less than 3 days (would have been quicker but due to scheduling conflicts on my part, it took an extra day). Francisco is truly an asset to D&M and their clients like me. And I got a vehicle getting 59MPG without having to get a Hybrid!!! More
