Rusty was great to work with, and I will look for him when we are ready for our next car. He was honest and listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to oversell me. I only gave 4 stars because I have bought 2 cars (1 new, 1 used) in the past 6 months and was told I would be getting a stipend/donation to my classroom in the form of a $250 check sent to my school because I was a teacher. This did not happen on the first car, and when I inquired about it, I was told it was too late (my original salesman no longer works there, and he was helping me with the donation). We will see if I get the donation/check on the car I bought this week. The other reason for 4-stars was that the used sales manager told me one thing, and then the other manager said something different, causing me to have to drive 45-minutes to the dealership 3 days In a row so that the car wouldn't be sold on from underneath me. It was slightly frustrating and inconvenient. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend checking out Beaver Toyota next time you are looking for a vehicle. More

Beaver Toyota is the place to buy. The ease of purchase was beyond phenomenal, we were in and out within an hour and a half after spending a few minutes on the phone with our salesman explaining what we wa was beyond phenomenal, we were in and out within an hour and a half after spending a few minutes on the phone with our salesman explaining what we wanted options wise in our vehicle along with our price point, when it came to valuing our vehicle and the vehicle we were buying they were spot on. All seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was well taken care of and comfortable with all aspects of the purchase. This was definitely a good experience. Then we left... On the way home, I took the highway which I did not do on the test drive. I encountered a couple issues (always a risk when buying used). Being that is was so late in the day, I waited for the next morning to bring it back to have someone look at it and make it right. Donald took the keys immediately and took the vehicle to service (Jason Collins Sr.) where they addressed the issues and made it "right". Which in turn made the experience go from good to 'GREAT'. More
