I haven't bought a vehicle in over 12 years, he answered all my questions and gave me peace of mind during my search and purchase. He was never pushy and very adamant that I get what I wanted and what suited my needs. I had a bit of an anxiety melt down while signing papers and he was so patient and helped calm my nerves. He stayed well past his time to leave for the day to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He even helped distract my 8 year old when I was dealing with paper work. Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and a couple weeks later it started making a strange noise. I took it to a local shop I trust and my water pump was broken which would result in $1000 plus couple weeks later it started making a strange noise. I took it to a local shop I trust and my water pump was broken which would result in $1000 plus to fix it. The shop told me they could tell from the corrosion on the water pump that it had been like this for awhile and I should reach out to the dealership. After speaking with the dealership they stated very rudely there was nothing they were going to do about it and sometimes that just "happens with used cars." I then proceeded to ask them if they check over used cars before putting them on the lot and they told me they put more money than any other dealership into used cars and replace anything that needs done. I asked them why they didn't replace the water pump if they apparently do all this and they made the excuse it wasn't like that when they had it. The mechanic said it CLEARLY had been like that for a long time. The dealership was not willing to work with me at all. They then said I got such a good deal on the car they couldn't afford to lose anymore money. It's not about them losing money it's about them selling me a car that clearly had something wrong with it and not making it right. I went to this dealership thinking I could trust them when clearly I can't. I would recommend everyone get a pre purchase inspection done by another mechanic before purchasing here. It could saving you thousands of dollars. Extremely disappointed in this dealership. I reached out to the manufacturer of this vehicle and LUCKILY it was covered under the manufacturers warranty. If not I would have been screwed. More

We just moved into the area a few weeks ago and were in need of a second vehicle. We stopped into Toyota to meet Cameron Peters, as he was highly recommended by a friend. He is very passionate about being a part of the Beaver Toyota family and it shows. His customer service was top-notch. We then met with Camerons upper-head/ boss, Mr. Francisco Manfredi and he too was a delight to work with. He was courteous and made the process painless. Talking to him felt like family. He even recommended his fave Italian restaurant….we will definitely be taking our family there. We will 100% be returning to purchase our daughters vehicle at Beaver next year. When you talk car dealer everyone cringe, and so did I, untill that is I meet Tyler and the crew at Beaver Toyota, I brought my 87 yr old mom in for a new van and Tyler went so far above and beyond to help untill that is I meet Tyler and the crew at Beaver Toyota, I brought my 87 yr old mom in for a new van and Tyler went so far above and beyond to help us. It was a very complicated deal to say the least and it was handled very professionally . Even after the deal was completed mom had a problem with her keys, (lost them) and Tyler drive 45 minutes to her home to help her find them, and he did find them. Now that’s definitely above and beyond. More

Cameron Peters is a rockstar! ! I originally went in just to test drive a Sienna that they had on the lot, before getting on the list for a brand new one. He didn’t pressure me to ! The entire team made it easy and painless, they gave me more than what I was expecting for my trade in and made an awesome deal with me for the Sienna. You can tell this is a family run establishment the second you step inside! I had visited every other Toyota dealership in the area looking for a Sienna and I am so happy to finally be in one.
