The first placed we went to was norm Reeves we were introduced to Francisco by one of his colleagues who took no time to greet us. I told Francisco that I was just looking at a few vehicles I was definitely not at all ready at the moment to sit down and talk. He still treated me with the same attention as if I was ready to negotiate. He gave me his card and wished us a safe drive. When we were ready to buy we tried dealers closer to home for that reason because they were closer!! After being treated very poorly in downtown Los Angeles. I remembered Francisco and made the drive. Long story short, not only did Francisco do everything he could to get us a car we needed, but something we wanted as well!!!!
