Very good experience buying new car Rick was very friendly and very helpful. While negiotiating the actual price is never fun, it was much better than what I've experienced in the past Rick was very friendly and very helpful. While negiotiating the actual price is never fun, it was much better than what I've experienced in the past at other dealers, and overall I left with a good vibe. The process, and the pricing in particular, was honest and upfront, with no hidden fees or other tricks like you might find at other dealers. I would definitely buy a car from Rick and Capistrano Mazda again. More

Too much paper. They should copy what online dealers are doing. They literally had to fill out paperwork by hand. It’s 2020. Also I am repeated customer, doing everything from scratch is annoying.
