On my first visit to look at Mazdas, I spent a good half-hour with Marcin Paluch, who helped me hone in on what type of Mazda I really wanted. Then when I came back a week later to test drive a Mazda 6 with Forouz Mohisefat, I was won over by her easy going, yet knowledgeable manner. She never once pressured my wife and me into purchasing something we didn't want. We ended up getting a Mazda 6 Touring model, and are looking forward to many happy years in this spunky and stylish vehicle.I've never had such a pleasant experience at a car dealer in my life, and I'm in my 60s and have owned many vehicles of various makes. This is my first Mazda, and from what I've seen so far, it won't be my last! More

Our sale representative, Forouz Mohisefat was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Tom Deering, the General Sales Manager was also amazing. Capistrano Mazda is a new dealership with a good selection of vehicles, great prices and rebate offers. They have a spacious lounge area (family friendly) with bottled water, coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. I have been to several dealership in the last few month (not impressed), although Capistrano Mazda won my vote. More

Forouz provided the best car buying experience I could have ever imagined. There was never any pressure to buy. She was more interested in helping me find what I wanted in my price range. There was no rushing out the door after the purchase. Forouz made sure she covered all the features of my new car. She truly made it an exciting, enjoyable experience! If you want to buy from a dealership who cares about the customer, is true to their word, no surprises in the final deal, then Capo Mazda is the place to go. And I absolutely LOVE my car!!!! More

I've been thoroughly satisfied with my purchase and the 2017 CX-9 is a tremendous vehicle. Mazda did a terrific job in its design and the quality becomes apparent as soon as you start driving. My wife and I enjoyed workng with Forouz. She's extremely helpful and her down-to-earth personality made the experience of buying our first Mazda truly enjoyable. We never felt pressured, which was a huge deal for us. I'd happily recommend her to anyone interested in Mazda vehicles. More

Forouz was very patient with me, she knows how big of a deal it is to buy a new car and truly gave me all the time I needed including test drives and time with the car in general, very accommodating, low pressure, supremely friendly and genuine too! Forouz was the main reason I selected Capistrano Mazda as the dealership to buy my Mazda 3, I really liked her. Chris Del Campos handled finance, he was very friendly as well and made quick work of the paperwork. Tom Deering I only saw once but made an impression, low pressure and once again very friendly. Knew the gravity of my situation and was a very upfront gentleman. He let me know the hiring practices of his sales team which was very refreshing and gave me confidence with the dealership. Moe Afzal was friendly as well but unfortunately this was the area where I was feeling the pressure the most. I know it was close to deal time so I had to go and get some air to gather my thoughts before finalizing a deal. It's his job to help bring the deal home and I knew that. I came back a day later and got it done with the help of everyone at Capistrano Mazda. It's been a only a few days but I am enjoying my new Mazda 3, thank you!!!! More
