The minute you walk into the the lobby, you feel a relaxed and happy atmosphere quite different than the Ford and Lexus dealerships I visited. This is the second Mazda that I got at Capistrano Mazda. I felt completely comfortable, trusting Forouz to have my best interest at heart. She was very easy to talk to. She was very patient and took the time to explain what all the terminology and terms were. She met all my needs from style of vehicle, performance, interior, and price. I am no easy sell. We even test drove the same car twice because I had doubts about the speed of the engine. I am a consumer that has to have all the facts and figures and do the calculations myself so that I ca make an informed and educated decision. They do not just sell cars here. They sell peace of mind for your transportation needs. They definitely back up the "smileage" guarantee. Every single person greeted me with a smile from sales to service and up to finance. I knew that I was in good hands and I was going to be taken care of. I will most likely get another Mazda from this dealership when my lease expires. Fantastic dealership - FAR exceeding expectations Mazda is not known as a luxury brand, per se, but my experience here was as good as many of the luxury/ultra luxury dealerships I've worked with over Mazda is not known as a luxury brand, per se, but my experience here was as good as many of the luxury/ultra luxury dealerships I've worked with over the previous 20 years or so (Volvo, Mercedes, Infiniti, Cadillac, Porsche, Audi). I purchased a Mazda 6 for my daughter and the experience here was always just the right amount of sales attentiveness, never too much. The dealership is very clean, everybody is friendly and shares a smile, and the product they sell is a tremendous value when comparing to the rest of the marketplace. I can't imagine there's a better Mazda dealership nationwide, so feel fortunate if you are close enough to this one to be able to consider it for your next vehicle, honestly. More

They did not try and up sell me or “bring in the big guns” to haggle and negotiate the deal. I will be a repeat customer for years and look forward to working with Forouz. Diego Blakely was one of the most patient salesman I had ever met. What sold me on Diego was a semi professional video that he sent me of the car we were interested in. But then, we met Forouz and I would say they are both vying for the top of my list. Maybe a close second because she only took a photo of us in front of the new car, not a video like Diego did. Farouz picked us up at the train station and the reception at the dealership was great. Her patience during our extended test drive was admirable and more importantly, the car was exactly as described via our electronic interaction. I won't even mention that everyone at the dealership put up with my childlike sense of humor. Hey, they even made me feel like I was funny. The whole experience was wonderful and well worth the trip down to San Juan Capistrano. I would encourage anyone that is looking for a good experience in buying a car to call either one of them. More
