Great Sales Reps, terrible finance rep. This dealership is very nice, it's located right off the freeway so it was easy to get to. Both Fouroz and Whitney who I worked with were so amazing, This dealership is very nice, it's located right off the freeway so it was easy to get to. Both Fouroz and Whitney who I worked with were so amazing, some the of kindest, real and awesome people I've ever encountered. On the other hand, AJ, who assisted with the financing was one of the rudest and snakey people me and my family have spoken with. He seemed very normal at first, was kind blah blah but when we decided not to purchase the extended warrantys he was selling he went from a nice guy to a rude guy. His attitude did a 180 when I acknowledged that I didn't want to purchase an extended warranty as I was able to find better pricing (overall) elsewhere. When we were finished all he said was 'okay you're done' no thank you, no eye contact, no handshake for spending $35K at their dealership, just a rude 'you're done". When we all left the room, we all brought up his rudeness individually at the same time so we all noticed it. He ALSO said we need a check then and there or we can't get the car (mind you we drove 300 miles round trip to be here) or we can finance through Mazda. So I called my credit union and they said he was lieing and trying to get us to sign financing with them so he could make commission. And out of the blue, when I walked back in the room, that was magically an option. I wasn't going to even mention AJ in my review but come to find Monday, he didn't put the deposit we left of $1200 on our option purchase contract so when I tried to finish my financing with my credit union on Monday the option contract was incorrect and AJ took $1200 from us and didn't list that he received it. Luckily my partner came up with the idea (not mazda) that we could get a new loan for the full amount and they could refund us the $1200 AJ "accidentally" left off our contract. This actually took some teeth pulling from the dealership to do so, for whatever reason, we had a signed contract and they would get the full amount, so why not make it easy? All in all, we loved our sales reps Forouz and Whitney but wish AJ would not be able to interact with customers as he was rude, lied to all of us, basically tried to scam us and then "accidentally" forgot that we gave him $1200. We also wish the dealership would be more helpful with customers who spend $35K and have their entire week ruined by one of THEIR employees. More

Fabulous--Who ever hires the staff, give them a raise I have leased many different cars and have gone back to Capo because of service and personal care from the staff and management. She’s so genuine and it’s rare to find that at dealerships let alone with a whole team! Chris the finance manager was great to work with as well. He has a great sense of humor and enjoys what he does. I did not meet with the manager, however usually when a whole team is great, a lot of it comes by example from a manager. Thank you to Forouz and Chris to go above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely recommend anyone and everyone to this location when they are looking for Mazda. Can’t thank them enough! More
