I am making a claim under the TX DTPA for fraud and misrepresentation. For anyone else out there that has been scammed, please reach out to me. I will help you also file a claim under the TX DTPA. Regardless of which state you live in, I will help you for free. This cannot continue to happen. Buying a car "as-is" does not protect a dealer from implied warranties. Two of which include the implied warranty of merchantability and of suitability. Also, they have my trade in I traded in listed for sale and HAVE NOT paid it off with my lender. This by the way is ILLEGAL. Just to give you an idea of how they deal. Email me for help at the Google email registered with this account for help filing your claim. More
