Fast, efficient and reliable. Fernando was very understandably about my concerns, I could believe my vehicle would need anything more than an oil change, but he explained to me th Fernando was very understandably about my concerns, I could believe my vehicle would need anything more than an oil change, but he explained to me that the timing belt needed to be replaced due to a crack in the belt. Safety is an important facto, it took me a few calls back to speak to him before I made the decision to replace the timing belt. Every time I call back, I spoke to him within seconds.
