Great, thorough help Fernando and the entire service team were super helpful and thorough with me and my car. Car was brought in for repair to the liftgate, as well as ro Fernando and the entire service team were super helpful and thorough with me and my car. Car was brought in for repair to the liftgate, as well as routine maintenance check. In addition to this work, the team did a thorough inspection and were able to find a handful of items that were in need of repair or updating that were still under warranty. Even bringing my spare key that wasn’t working when I picked up my car, they were able to get it working again. Per usual the staff was very helpful and accomodating. Thanks, Andrew More

Unlike other service departments, Infiniti of Norwood only performs work whi I'm always happy with the service and cannot say enough about the staff. For those reasons I will continue having my vehicle serviced here and will purchase another Infiniti from Norwood when the time is right. More
