Quentin, we understand your frustration and apologize that the vehicle was no longer available when you returned Saturday morning. Our pre-owned vehicles are unique, one-of-a-kind inventory and are available on a first-come, first-served basis until all paperwork is completed and the purchase is finalized. Our goal was to finalize everything with you during your previous visits. A guest arrived shortly after we opened at 9:00 AM Saturday and was purchasing the before your arrival. We sincerely regret that this created a disappointing experience. This was never our intention. We do have a large selection of Chevrolet and pre-owned vehicles, and we would still be happy to help you find another vehicle that fits your needs, whether from our current inventory or by locating one for you. Thank you for the opportunity, and again, we apologize for the frustration.
