I did my due diligence against the competition - Honda, Toyota and Lexus. I keep my cars 10+ years, so this was a BIG purchase. Being a woman, I experienced patience as I narrowed down my decision with all confidence. The Gunn dealership was commendable in their sales process. I traded in my 2012 TSX wih 164,000+ miles in excellent condition and it was an easy and worthwhile process created by Peter. I worked with Andrew and Adam when Felix was off to move to a purchase forward. I do not make hasty financial decisions and I wanted to be completely confident in my ADX purchase. Felix was a trooper to check on me, when/if I was ready to purchase since 11/2024. I give him credit for his follow through. The purchase process was easy and gratifying. I was happy to purchase another Acura. I am happy to be driving a fun, luxury SUV. Learning about all the technology upgrades is a learning curve, but I will get there! My friends and neighbors are eyeing my new purchase. Gunn Acura should see some new customers from the Texas Hill Country as I zip around in my new ADX. More
