Clinton Honda has consistent exceeded my expectations for a dealership, starting in the service department. That being said however, the overall sales experience was good. Initially speaking with Bill Ripka was wonderful. Not only was he extremely friendly, but fully engaged in providing the best and honest customer experience. I wish he could have been a larger part of the buying process, but he was only involved for a portion. I then spoke with Feliks. While his personality was different than Bill's, he was fine to work with. There were times where I felt he was focused on selling the car and not building the relationship as much as I expected. That being said, he was always very helpful and provided a good experience. Patrick proved to be another asset to Clinton Honda, and took time to explain all of the financial aspects. Not only was his communication excellent, but he was truly focused on providing a level of detail for you to understand the entire process. While I may have drove him crazy with all of the questions, he continued to provide great customer service. Overall the experience was a 4.5, I will continue to take my car to Clinton Honda, and will be a customer for life. More

We briefly touched on our targeted mission to purchase a Honda FIT and literally in 5 minutes connected with a 2013 left over in the showroom, we asked if ok to give it a test ride and he had the car out of the show room and ready for us to drive in less than 15 minutes. We wrapped up our purchase that evening! Our experience was positive and the staff was both professional and personable. He took the time to not only get the best deal we could, but he was friendly, had a great sense of humor and genuinely cares about his job. He took the time to go over paperwork, insurance and everything else car related. He was understanding of our needs and worked to get us to a point where everyone was happy. We didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable. After the sale was finished, he took us out to my new car and set up my phone, security, door options, you name it. It was great to have him actually care about our comfort and to teach us things we may not have known the car could do. We left with huge handshakes and thanks and a feeling of great happiness! I would recommend not only the car but also Feliks to anyone I know interested in a new car. Thank you again for your outstanding service! On a side note it was over 90 degrees outside and not only was the dealership outstandingly air conditioned but we were constantly offered beverages of our choice. A++++ More

I was interested in going to another dealership to look at another vehicle, But with the information I received from Feliks about that vehicle, I knew I was going to go With another CRV. Feliks was not at all disparaging about the competitor's vehicle, but rather accentuated the qualities I was looking for with my vehicle, and meeting my budget requirements - a very good sales approach.
