Hasan provided me all the information I needed and when I finally decided to make a deal, he gave me a really great deal on Prius. I decided to put a deposit down as the vehicle was not on lot. This is the third purchase through Pat Lobb and I'm proud to say I have not had that experience here. First, you are not bombarded with dozens of sales staff when you arrive. In this case I had already made contact online and had a name to advise us: Paul Tseng. We expressed our desires to drive several vehicles, told him what we were looking for, and he led us to the right vehicles. Paul was very knowledgeable of the features of each vehicle, and explained the different options available on the different trim levels. He didn't push us to one vehicle or the other, but his advice was extremely helpful When it came down to the deal, as usual there's a little back and forth, but we had done our research and knew what a reasonable deal we would accept. I've always felt like we had a fair deal when purchasing from Pat Lobb, and Paul was able to help with this latest purchase. Oh, and we worked with Matt Jirani in the finance department, second experience with him, and as expected we received great service as well. My wife loves her new RAV4 XLE. Happy wife, happy life!
