Went there to get horn fixed, inspection, and oil change. Had an appointment. 12/11/2024 5 hours, and $263.59 I was told it was fixed and ready to go. Horn did work when I left. This is not my daily driver. 12/21/2024 drove it to Longview and noticed the horn no longer worked. Contacted Faye Hinds my "service relation manager" when I got home via email. She responded on 12/23/2024 stating she had given my information to her manager. Here it is 12/30/2024 and I have not heard back from her "manager" I gave this group a 1 star because I could not give a lower rating. If you want a good over priced screwing this is the place for you. If you want good honest service I strongly recommend you go elsewhere. Sincerely Charles Caldwell Gilmer Texas. More

Went for a regular oil change and that was fine, they pulled the air cabin filter out to show me it was time to change it. I told them I would take care of it, when I got back in my truck the contents of pulled the air cabin filter out to show me it was time to change it.
