I have greatly appreciated the consistency and professionalism with which I have been treated, which is why I felt totally comfortable inquiring about the value of my Prius on trade-in when I dropped it off for a regular oil change last Saturday (4/9/2016). Normally, I would have done my research before coming in and brought a guy with me to make such a purchase, but I felt I'd get an honest answer and be treated well, so I decided to ask while I waited for my oil change to be finished. Immediately, I was introduced to Corey White, a friendly sales associate, who showed me a Tacoma, Rav-4, and Camry, and let me drive each upon my request. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding each vehicle, as well as my financing options. After only a few short hours, I was leaving the dealership in my new ride: a Rav-4 in the black currant color, which I felt great about, as it meets all my automobile needs, feels great to drive, and- perhaps my favorite part beyond just general Toyota safety and reliability- it has built-in BlueTooth, so I'll finally get to make all the calls I need while driving. Corey was easy to work with, and I never felt pressured- only assisted in making the decision best for my family. I thought my young daughter (who didn't expect to be picked up in a new car) would be as thrilled as I was, but instead, she broke into tears that I had "sold her childhood car" so suddenly. I was shocked, so we returned to the dealership the next day. I was a little embarassed to ask, especially since Corey was out with another customer when I dropped in. But the courtesy staff greeted my daughter sweetly and offered her a snack, and Scott kindly offered to take us to where our Prius was on the lot so my daughter could say goodbye. He told us we're not the first family to feel attached to a car we'd driven for a decade to many adventures and safely back home again, and made us feel not-so-silly as we said our goodbyes. My daughter left smiling, and now loves her backseat in the Rav-4. Finally, when we came to say goodbye, I mentioned to the service staff on duty that my license plate was rattling on the back door for some reason. Though he was not the associate who first greeted me, when Evan heard what the problem was, he jumped right into the conversation to offer his assistance. He knew just what needed to be done, and by the time we'd returned to get our car, the license was securely fastened and hasn't given me any problems since. I really appreciate working with a business that, at every step of the way, treats me with such courtesy. It's not to be taken for granted these days, especially when buying a car. Even compared to other local Toyota dealerships, Wilsonville Toyota really stands out for your efficiency, great product, and excellent customer service- and that's no bull! Thanks to your entire team! Sincerely, Danika Zundel (and family) More
