I went to Paragon to get information for a friend because the friend was nervous about dealing with a pushy sales rep. The friend was looking at 2 other makes and models outside of a Honda. The friend went with another make and model but dealing with the other sales people was not a fun task, at the end of the day it ends up being about the vehicle. If I was looking at a Honda model, I would go with Estephanie. I immediately told Estephanie that I wasn’t buying that day and was doing comparing pricing and told her the other vehicles we were looking at, she did not ask every 2 seconds the infamous dealership line “If you take it today I can give you this incredible price” Estephanie just gave me the breakdown of leasing vs purchasing, she took her time and was an incredible communicator. I usually don’t give reviews but Estaphanie was worth my time. She should be teaching other sales reps the intricacies of making others comfortable at their establishment. More
