Izzy asked me if I was on my way for an appointment because she was getting off of work soon, so I got there early because I can understand not wanting to stay late. When I got there she told me the ca because she was getting off of work soon, so I got there early because I can understand not wanting to stay late. When I got there she told me the car was unavailable because it just went in for servicing. They had me test drive the same model but different trim and showed me all the safety features. I go in sit down and she came with her manager, Erizardo, to see what it would it take for me to take the car. I said I was only interested in a certified used car, and I never saw the car, so I can't make a decision here. So I made an appointment to see the car next day. We went on the shortest test drive and learned that there were several problems with the car. The seat didn't tilt, the heat for the seats didn't work and there were scratches to the leather. I was assured that this all would be fixed, so I put a deposit which was a mistake. I did more research and saw some negative Yelp reviews that pretty much confirmed my fears. They will tell you anything for a sale and try to pressure you into buying a car. More
